Streaming method study of interfaces between immiscible electrolyte solutions

摘要
The results of a streaming method study of selected immiscible water/organic solvent interfaces in the presence of supporting electrolytes, mainly LiCl and tetrabutylammonium tetraphenylborate, are presented. 1,2-Dichloroethane, nitroethane, nitrobenzene and its mixtures with benzene were used as the organic solvents. The Galvani potential of streaming maximum values were found to be less positive than the potentials of the differential capacity minimum.
