Abstract
在棉铃虫常规饲养种群中发现一种成虫体色突变体,该突变体腹、翅颜色与野生型显著不同,用杂交试验对该突变体进行了研究.研究发现,突变体与野生型正反交F1代成虫体色均显示野生型色;F2代成虫野生型和突变体的分离比为3.23:1;回交BC1代中野生型和突变体分离比为1.13:1;F_2代中的突变体自交,后代全部表现为突变.遗传分析结果表明,该成虫体色突变体属常染色体上单基因控制的隐性遗传性状.
