TCM thesaurus-based association analysis of semantic types

Abstract
Objective To study the network of traditional Chinese medicine language system(TCMLS).Methods Association of semantic types taken out from 3515 clinical papers on Shu points was analyzed with association analysis methods.Results The semantic types mined from TCMLS using TCM thesaurus-based association rules of semantic types were similar to those taken out from 3515 clinical papers on Shu points.Conclusion This method can be used in further study of TCMLS.
