Abstract

[目的]基于GAP认证,研制北方中药材桔梗[Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.]规范化种植技术,为从源头上保证中药材质量提供科学依据.[方法]根据桔梗生长发育规律确定其最佳采收期;并筛选桔梗立枯病和叶斑病的无公害防治方法.[结果]9月中旬是桔梗最佳收获期,此时气候冷凉干燥,便于桔梗的后处理.配合施用75.0%巨邦超微可湿性粉剂0.7 g/L和50.0%多菌灵可湿性超微粉1.4 g/L防治立枯病和叶斑病,可以收到满意的效果.[结论]该研究可为桔梗优质高产栽培奠定理论基础.
