Abstract
建立电主轴模型,并对模型进行单元划分,运用ANSYS软件对电主轴中的主轴进行了动力学仿真,建立了三维模型,计算了主轴前四阶的固有频率、临界转速及进行谐响应分析,随后进行主轴动态试验。结果表明ANSYS仿真结果和动态试验结果相差不大,证明了该有限元仿真模型的正确性,可为高速电主轴的设计提供有益参考。
