Abstract
随着新医改的深入,对医院管理工作提出了更高的要求,医院档案管理作为容易被忽略的工作内容,应引起重视.传统的医院档案管理工作存在较多弊端,不能保证信息资料的完整性和连续性.针对此种情况,本文从健全医院档案管理制度、组织业务培训、引进现代化技术及拓展档案服务领域方面阐述了新形势下医院档案管理工作的新思路.
