Abstract
目的:研究三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗复发性食管癌的临床效果.方法:采用WIMRT计划系统设计5～6个照射野,处方剂量为PTV 2Gy/次,总剂量50Gy/25d,评价近期疗效.结果:本组15例患者放疗结束后复查食管钡餐片:Ⅰ级1例、Ⅱ级9例、Ⅲ级5例.9例患者在治疗3周后出现放射性食管炎、气管炎,经对症处理后均缓解.结论:三维适形放射治疗可有效控制食管癌,避免放射性脊髓炎的发生,提高患者的生活质量.
