Abstract
For the article cited above, diabetes status at baseline was incorrectly defined as "history of diabetes, fasting glucose ≥7.0 mmol/L, or HbA1c ≥6.5%." The correct definition for diabetes status at baseline is "history of diabetes, glucose ≥7.0 mmol/L, or HbA1c ≥6.5%." The text and tables have been revised to remove "fasting" from the definition. In Fig. 2, the number of participants with White ethnicity was incorrectly reported as 573; the correct number of participants with White ethnicity was 20,379. In Results, the typographical error "≥50 nmol/L (moderately deficient group)" has been corrected to "≥50 nmol/L (insufficient and above group)." These errors did not affect the data analyses or results of the article. The authors apologize for the errors. The online version of the article (https://doi.org/10.2337/dc22-1194) has been updated.
