Abstract
本文着重致力于在传统测长机基础上,进行显微管读数系统的改造,使得读数有效位实现小数点后两位,针对三等(125~1000)mm量块检定,依据JJG146-2003《量块检定规程》要求,建立数学模型,通过测量不确定度分析,得出结论,在经过改造后的测长机上检定三等(125~1000)mm量块符合规程要求。
