Interjectionization of Content Words and Deinterjectionization of Interjections

This paper discusses the mechanism of category shift between interjections and other word classes,including the interjectionization of content words and the deinterjectionization of interjections.Deinterjectionization can be further divided into ideophonicization and content-wording(becoming content words).Interjectionization is the mechanism for content words such as verbs,adverbs,adjectives,nouns and related phrases to lose their syntagmatic functions and become interjections.The mechanism for the ideophonicization of interjections is the same as that for the ideophonicization of content words,so it is not a reason to group interjections and ideophones into one category.The content-wording of interjections mainly includes the verbalization of interjections.
