Abstract
建立了气体分布器流场测量研究平台,采用PIV技术对所开发的直径为3.4米的大型吸附器的气体分布器流场进行了试验研究。试验结果显示,该分布器的气流分布效果良好,空速为0.3m/s和0.1m/s时,不均匀度分别为5.4%和4.9%。该研究为试验研究气体分布器流场提供了可以借鉴的方法。
