Abstract
文中利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具对太阳电池的输出特性进行仿真。该课题针对MATLAB仿真环境,基于太阳电池的I-U函数关系式,直接利用Simulink软件包建立了太阳电池的仿真模型,通过调节短路电流和开路电压等太阳电池内部参数,方便且准确地模拟了太阳电池的工作情况。最后根据正确的仿真结果制作一个图形用户界面。
