Abstract
骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesen chymal stem cells,BMSCs)是干细胞中一类具有自我增殖和分化潜能的细胞.在适宜的微环境下,BMSCs可分化为骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、神经细胞、肝细胞等多种细胞,基于此种特性使之成为原位肝移植或生物人工肝支持系统的新型种子细胞.本文就BMSCs的基础研究及其临床治疗急性肝衰竭的进展作一综述.
