Abstract
以3,4,5-三甲氧基甲苯为原料,采用Vilsmeier-Haack和Dakin两步反应合成了2,3,4-三甲氧基-6-甲基苯酚,并对Dakin反应中的各影响因素进行了优化。实验确定的最佳反应条件是:在对甲基苯磺酸的催化下,n(6-甲基-2,3,4-三甲氧基苯甲醛)∶n(双氧水)=0.83∶1,以0.1 mL/min速率缓慢滴加w(H2O2)=30%的双氧水,25℃反应2 h。在此条件下Dakin反应收率为96.2%,过程总收率达90.5%。
