Abstract
采用化学滴定方法,研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)在有机锡催化剂作用下的反应规律.结果显示,该类反应符合逐步聚合反应的二级动力学特征,50,60℃下,二丁基二月桂酸锡为催化剂时的反应速率常数分别为0.078 4,0.346 5 kg.mol-1.min-1,活化能为133.21 kJ.mol-1;辛酸亚锡为催化剂时的反应速率常数分别为0.043 4,0.204 9 kg.mol-1.min-1,活化能为138.91 kJ.mol-1.
