Rotary Constant Magnetic Field Can Promote HeLa Cell Apoptosis Induced by TNFa and CHX

Objective:To analyse the synergism between rotary constant magnetic field and apoptosis derivative TNFa and CHX.Methods:Magnetic field treated group and magnetic field untreated groups were established,using T test to compare the difference in apoptosis between the two groups.Results:Under the identical condition except magnetic field,being exposed to magnetic field promoted HeLa cell apoptosis induced by TNFa and CHX.But being exposed to magnetic field alone or exposed to magnetic field cooperated with TNFa or CHX didn't show remarkable difference to cell apoptosis.Conclusion:Rotary constant magnetic field can cooperate with apoptosis derivative TNFa and CHX.
