Abstract
为改善料层透气性,利用蒸汽对烧结混合料进行预热.该技术采用2台锅炉并联的方式稳定热源,通过优化结构参数、两次加热、增加喷嘴数量及采取错排密布的安装方式,改善了加热质量,并通过高效脱水,控制蒸汽对混合料水分的影响.应用表明,预热系统运行稳定,料层厚度增加了60～70mm,固体燃耗平均下降了1.8～2.0 kg/t.
