摘要
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cervical artificial disc replacement in the treatment of cervical disc herniation. Methods From March 2009 to March 2012,25 patients with cervical disc herniation were given the Mobi-C cervical artificial disc replacement surgery. The preoperative and postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS),the improvement of nerve function JOA score and range of motion of the implanted segment imaging assessment were recorded and analyzed. Results 25 patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months,an average of 22 months.Preoperative and postoperative VAS,JOA score had statistically significant differences(P0.05);preoperative and postoperative implanted segmental had no statistically significant difference in range of motion(P0.05).Conclusion Mobi-C cervical artificial disc replacement in the treatment of cervical disc herniation can retain surgical segment activities and has satisfactory short term clinical results,is a reasonable choice.
