Abstract
3例患者因静脉滴注醋酸去氨加压素后,出现不同程度的意识障碍(谵妄、昏迷)、抽搐,生化提示严重低钠血症(Na+112.3~120 mmol/L)及低渗透压状态(242.25~257.05 mOsm/kg·H2O),考虑为抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征,予禁水、补钠等治疗后缓解。
