β相区热处理对TC4-DT合金板材组织和性能的影响

Abstract
对TC4-DT合金板材在β相区热处理后的组织及性能进行了研究.结果表明:α相在晶内和晶界呈片状或针状析出,冷速越大,组织越细密,再经两相区处理后,组织趋于稳定化.随固溶时冷却速度的提高,合金板材室温强度逐渐提高,塑性变化不大.经990℃×45min,WQ+940℃×lh,AC+ 540℃×6h,AC热处理得到的板材综合室温拉伸性能较好.
