Abstract
目的 分析宫腔镜对绝经后子宫出血的诊断意义.方法 2004年10月～2006年10月就诊该院的绝经后子宫出血患者94例,采用超声联合宫腔镜检查和超声,并行分段诊刮术,比较两种诊断方法与病检结果.结果宫腔镜检查的准确率高于分段诊刮术.结论宫腔镜检查在绝经后子宫出血中具有重要的临床价值,绝经后出血的患者应常规行宫腔镜检查.
