Abstract
踝关节骨折是常见的损伤,而且骨折类型较复杂,如处理不当易出现踝关节不稳及创伤性关节炎而致踝关节功能受损.我科自2006年1月至2009年6月采用生物可吸收螺钉内固定治疗踝关节骨折128例,取得满意的疗效.
