Abstract
目的:探讨超声对胎儿畸形的诊断价值.方法:回顾分析49例先天性胎儿畸形情况.结果:49例畸形儿中,产前超声检查确诊为胎儿畸形42例,总检出率85.7%(42/49).漏诊7例,漏诊率14.27%(7/49).所有患者均经正常分娩或引产后尸检证实.结论:超声可实时观察宫内胎儿各器官发育情况,不仅能确定胎儿有无畸形,而且能对胎儿畸形的类型明确诊断,对临床有重要的诊断价值,对优生学有重要价值.
