Abstract
目的 初步分析EDTA依赖性血小板减少的现象及原因.方法 对42例EDTA依赖性血小板减少患者重新抽血,检测不同时间段血小板和白细胞的变化并与手工计数相比较,同时检测其血沉和免疫球蛋白.结果 EDTA-K2抗凝血血小板和白细胞在10 min内上机检测,其结果与手工法差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但在30 min以后与手工法差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；比较EDTA依赖性血小板减少症患者和健康对照者的血沉、IgG及IgM,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而IgA差异不明显.结论 EDTA依赖性血小板减少症可能与血小板本身、自身抗体及其他疾病因素有关,应引起临床重视.
