基于ANSYS的齿根过渡曲线形状优化研究

Abstract
渐开线齿轮齿根过渡曲线是影响齿根弯曲应力的重要因素。为提高齿轮的弯曲强度,采用有理二次贝齐尔(Bezier)曲线来描述刀顶曲线,运用ANSYS内嵌的一阶优化方法,以内权因子w1为设计变量、最大Von Mises应力为目标函数直接优化滚刀刀顶曲线来优化齿根过渡曲线,并通过30°切线法验证了优化结果的准确性,得出了齿根最大弯曲应力、刀顶曲线和齿根过渡曲线形状随内权因子w1的变化曲线。结果表明:w1=0.12时,齿根弯曲应力降低12.2%,仍能获得光滑的齿根过渡曲线和光滑的滚刀刀顶曲线。
