Abstract
通过对种子液生长曲线、培养液、初始pH值、发酵温度、摇床速度、接种量以及发酵时间的优化,摸索出一套较完整的茭白黑粉菌摇瓶液体发酵的方法。试验表明,达到稳定生长期摇瓶液体发酵的最佳条件:综合PDA培养液;初始pH值为6;发酵温度28℃;摇床速度130 r/min;接种量5%;发酵时间6 d。
