Factors of Influence on Clinical Practice Quality of Nursing Undergraduate Students & Countermeasures

Clinical practice is an important part of nursing teaching, an in-depth extension of schooling and a key link to consolidate the undergraduate professional knowledge and to enhance the ability of clinical practice. Currently there still exist many factors that hinder the clinical practice quality of nursing undergraduates. Therefore, schools must strengthen the construction of practice bases, help students establish the clinical thinking mode, train a number of high-quality teachers of clinical nursing practice and ensure the quality of practice while intensifying the management of practice.
