Determination of Isoflavones in Extracts of Cicer afiefinum L. and Bean Sprout by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

摘要
Objective To develop a method for fast determination of isoflavones in Cicer afiefinum L and bean sprout.Methods It was determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the wavelength was 260.9nm.Results The concentration of biochanin A showed a good linear relationship within the range of 30 μg/ml.The recovery rate was 100.18%,RSD=1.7%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and effective.
