Abstract
A mass independent amplitude analysis of the 1{1? and 7r+r- systems (M < 2 GeV/c") produced in J/G radiative deca,y is pre- sented. For the first time, a large spin zero component in the 0( 1720) mass region is observed, with all data samples analyzed. A small amount of spin two component in this mass region for the li-1; data samples is not ruled out with the present statistics. This study re- veals, also for the first time, the production of the .fa(1400) in the 7r+7rr- channel, and refines previous measurements of the .fz( 1270) and .f&525).
