Abstract
In this paper,the synthesis of fine emulsion fluid loss additive NFL-1 was a kind of inorganic nano-SiO2 particles as jointing link and-C-C-bond as the main chain of the amphiphilic polymer inorganic/polymer nano-composites.-CC-bond molecular adsorption base group was amide groups(20% ~ 30%);the main hydration groups was sulphonic acid group(40% ~ 50%);sub-hydration group was carboxyl(10% 15%);hydrophobic groups were styyl(0.5 ~ 5%).At the same time,the filtration performances of NFL-1 were evaluated in drilling fluid.The results showed that:the NFL-1 had small viscosity effects,good thermal stability,strong salt resistance and calcium resistance.The filtration rate of drilling fluid which was handed by the fluid loss additive at maximum temperature 220℃ was still low.At last,the main high temperature fluid loss mechanism of NFL-1 is discussed.
