富营养河水净化菌的分离与净化特性研究

Abstract
通过实验分离筛选出了10种细菌,分别将其对江苏农林职业技术学院南门河的污水进行处理,结果表明:菌株B处理后,污水中COD的降解率为24.84%,菌株F处理后,氨氮降解率达61.58%,菌株D和I处理后,水体中悬浮物的质量分别增加了78.95%和73.68%,菌株D对色度的处理效果较好,由处理前的100倍降到了40倍。
