Objective Inquire into sickroom nursing the influence of the management upon sufferer's satisfaction.Methods This sample review analyzes June,2009 and May,2010 total 1000 sufferer satisfaction survey result of clinical data.Results Observation set in this data sufferer the satisfaction rate is more obviously high than a matched control,two sets of comparison the difference have a statistics to learn meaning(P0.05).The elucidation strengthens the satisfaction of the nursing management to raise a sufferer to have an important function.Conclusions The management of strengthening the nursing can well make use of the information of satisfaction survey to continuously improve nursing quality.
