Abstract
目的:对桑黄、白桦茸、云芝、香菇4种真菌多糖复合组方进行研究。方法:以水杨酸法测定羟基自由基的清除率为考察指标,采用L16(45)正交实验法对上述4种真菌多糖的最佳复合组方进行研究。结果与结论:4种真菌多糖的最佳组方配比为桑黄多糖4.66g/L,白桦茸多糖4.22g/L,云芝多糖8.09g/L,香菇多糖6.64g/L,此组合下复合多糖对羟基自由基的清除率达到最大,其最大清除率为75.63%。
