Abstract
建立了高效液相色谱法测定石蝉草中的草胡椒素B。使用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长210 nm。草胡椒素B浓度在1.2～60 g/ml范围内线性关系良好,回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.0%。
