Abstract
患者男,71岁.反复发作性心前区疼痛、气短半个月.查体:体温36.0℃,脉搏76次/min,血压120/70mmHg,颈静脉无怒张,双肺可闻及中等量大中水泡音,以左肺底明显,心界向左侧扩大,心率76次/min,律齐,心尖部可闻及Ⅳ级全收缩期粗糙杂音,传导广泛,肝脏肋下未触及,双下肢无浮肿.辅助检查:心电图示电轴-55°,广泛前壁心肌梗死.
