基于遗传算法和神经网络技术的板料拉深成形参数优化

Abstract
结合数值模拟和人工神经网络技术,建立了板料拉深成形的加工参数(压边力和冲压速度)与其成形质量之间的映射关系,既保证了精度,又减少了数值模拟次数.在神经网络建模的基础上,利用遗传算法对板料拉深成形的加工参数进行了优化,通过实例可以看出,该方法具有较好的优化结果.
