Abstract
在胸部疾病的影像学诊断中,部分病变隐蔽在肺尖、肺门区、支气管内、奇静脉食管隐窝、纵隔、脊柱旁、心脏前后、膈肌后及膈肌上等部位.常规胸片不易检出、不易确诊,常需要借助于CT检查下才能得出较为正确的诊断结果[1].现将83例经临床、手术病理及纤维支气管镜检查已证实的胸部隐蔽性病变的常规X线及CT检查回顾性分析如下.
