Abstract
目的:在已设计合成肿瘤抗原MAGE-12的B细胞表位基础上对其进行鉴定.方法:在预测MAGE-12的B细胞表位序列为LEQRSQHCKPEE(3～14)的基础上,采用4分枝多重抗原肽结构设计合成抗原肽,免疫C-57BL/6小鼠,产生多克隆抗体,应用ELISA实验检测多克隆抗体是否为人的抗原肽的特异性抗体.结果:免疫C-57BL/6小鼠后可产生MAGE-12的抗原特异性的多克隆抗体,抗体效价最高达1:256,证明为MAGE-12抗原肽的特异性抗体. 结论:证明所预测的表位LEQRSQHCKPEE(3～14)为MAGE-12的B细胞新表位,具有抗原特异性.
