心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘患者BNP水平的比较及意义

Abstract
目的:探讨脑钠肽(BNP)在心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘鉴别诊断中的价值.方法:选取2005年10月至2008年6月上海市青浦区中医医院收治的心源性哮喘36例与肺源性哮喘患者23例及22例无心肺疾病患者为对照,采用电化学发光免疫测定技术检测惠者血浆中BNP的水平.结果:心源性哮喘,肺源性哮喘患者与对照组血浆中的BNP水平分别为(1338.96±900.88),(147.84±56.08)、(72.47±23.18)pg/mL,心源性哮喘与肺源性哮喘患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血浆BNP水平检测有助于快速准确地诊断心源性哮喘和肺源性哮喘.
