Abstract
目的建立麸炒山药饮片中尿囊素含量测定的方法,测定不同产地麸炒山药饮片中尿囊素的含量。方法采用ODS-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-磷酸二氢钾水溶液(2∶98);流速0.8 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:224 nm。结果尿囊素在0.144~2.312μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;尿囊素的平均回收率为99.05%,RSD=2.99%(n=9)。结论该方法可为麸炒山药饮片的质量控制提供依据,不同产地麸炒山药中尿囊素含量差异较大。
