418名冠心病患者中医辨证分型以心血瘀阻证(150人占35.89%),痰浊内阻证(109人占26.08%)为多见,冠亡病痰,癖证除了与脏腑功能失调有关,可能与痰、瘀体质有关,运用中医体质学说对指导防治冠心病痰、瘀证有意义.
