Abstract
Laparoscopic surgery has more advantages such as less trauma,quick recovery after operation than the open operation,but there is pain from mild to moderate after laparoscopic surgery.Clinically,the opioids are commonly used for postoperative analgesia,and it is effective well.But there are many adverse effects about the opioids,and patients cann't tolerate them.Parecoxib,which can be both intravenous and intramuscular injection,is a specific cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor.It is good to anti-inflammatory and analgesia.This article is a review on analgesia application of parecoxib sodium in laparoscopic surgery.
