Abstract
基于紫外-可见光谱,探寻了一种综合表征烟草品种内含化学成分整体差异性的方法.通过采用相关模式识别技术,对红大、K326和云系列烟草品种的光谱特征进行提取,以达到鉴定和区分它们的目的.研究结果表明:①800~791,787~778,676~657,527~518 nm和295~286 nm(60 nm),表现了红大与K326、云系列的整体差异性;②792~783,666~657,620~611,551~542 nm和365~346 nm(60 nm),表现了K326与红大、云系列的整体差异性;③710~701,676~657,574~565,375~366,335~326 nm和285~276 nm(70 nm),表现了云系列与红大、K326的整体差异性.
