Abstract
建立HPLC法测定酮康唑搽剂的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),检测波长为244nm。酮康唑浓度的线性范围为0.1～0.9mg.mL-1,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.55%(n=9)。该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于酮康唑搽剂的质量控制。
