Abstract
自然反义转录子(natural antisense transcripts,NAT)在生物界中广泛存在,且发挥着重要的基因表达调控作用。NAT表达水平的高、低可调控多种生物的多种重要的生理活动,尤为重要的是,目前已经证实aHIF、gfg-1、p15AS、rTSα等NAT分子能直接作用于多种肿瘤相关的关键因子,其异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展有密切关系。
