Abstract
目的:建立稳定的大鼠同种异体肾移植模型,旨在开展早期急性排斥反应标记物实验研究.方法:正常SD大鼠为供体,Wislar大鼠为受体,建立稳定的同种异体肾移植模型.肾动脉采用端、侧连续缝合,肾静脉采用端端连续与间断缝合,输尿管采用膀胱瓣连续缝合,进行供、受体左侧原位肾移植.结果:练习第3、4个月共完成移植模型手术45次,成功率86.7%,热缺血时间(30±2) min.结论:该移植造模方法简单,术后并发症少,术后稳定性好且成功率高.
