Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of IL-6 and TNF-α of serum levels in acute cerebral infarction associated obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(ACI associated OSAHS) Methods All observed subjects were divided into 3 groups: control subjects,ACI patients,OSAHS associated ACI patients.IL-6 and TNF-α concentrations of serum were measured by ELISA and were compared among 3 groups, and the correlations between the two factors analyzed. Results ①IL-6 and TNF-α levels of serum were higher in OSAHS associated with ACI patients than those in ACI patients and control subjects(P0.05),and those were higher in ACI patients than those in control subjects(P0.05).②IL-6 levels of serum were correlated positively with TNF-α level of serum(r1=0.678,P10.05;r2=0.552,P20.05;r3=0.581,P30.05).Conclusion OSAHS is perhaps an inflammation-related disease and the inflammatory process might cause the occurrence of ACI.ACI might promote the occurrence and its severity.
