Abstract
粉房湾长江大桥为跨度(216.5+464+216.5)m的双塔双索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,公轨两用,上层公路、下层轻轨。为免受地理位置、地质条件影响及保证公轨两用斜拉桥施工精度,桩基施工因地制宜地分别采用冲击钻、水钻法人工挖孔桩2种施工方法;承台开挖采用注浆止水帷幕施工工艺;桥塔施工采用液压爬模技术,施工过程中对桥塔施加预顶力,横梁施工采用装配式钢管支架,先施工桥塔后施工横梁;钢桁梁架设采用南北岸不对称方式,斜拉索挂设张拉后完成体系转换。目前该桥桥塔已施工完成,桥塔偏位为6mm,钢桁梁架设及斜拉索挂设已接近尾声,钢桁梁线形偏差始终在2cm以内,均满足设计要求。
