Mucociliary clearance following lung transplantation is impaired and improves with acute albuterol inhalation
JOURNAL OF HEART AND LUNG TRANSPLANTATION(2005)
摘要
It has been shown that mucociliary clearance (MCC) is impaired in the lung allograft 19 months after single-lung (SLT) and double-lung (DLT) transplantation, compared to non-transplanted lungs. This study was performed to determine if MCC is impaired at time points closer to surgery and if MCC improves following inhalation of albuterol, a beta2 adrenergic-agonist.
