摘要
It has been shown that mucociliary clearance (MCC) is impaired in the lung allograft 19 months after single-lung (SLT) and double-lung (DLT) transplantation, compared to non-transplanted lungs. This study was performed to determine if MCC is impaired at time points closer to surgery and if MCC improves following inhalation of albuterol, a beta2 adrenergic-agonist.
