Simultaneous Determination of Gentiana,Resveratrol and Polydatin in Jindan tablets by HPLC

A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of gentianal,polydatin and resveratrol in jindan tablets was established.A gradient programmed method was employed on a μBondapakTM C18(3.9 mm×300 mm,10 μm) by using water-methanol as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 288 nm with 0.02 AUFS.The samples were extracted with ethanol-water(85:15,v/v) by ultrasonic treatment.The linear ranges of gentianal,polydatin and resveratrol are 1.877~75.06 mg·L-1,6.432~257.28 mg·L-1 and 0.680~27.19 mg·L-1,respectively.Their average recoveries are 100.78%,104.67% and 101.48%(RSD=3.61%,3.29%,3.68%.n=5),respectively.This method has high sensitivity,good selectivity,simplicity and practicality,which is a fast analytical method for the quality evaluation and routine supervision of Chinese Traditional Medicines Jindan tablet.
